About IEEE B-HTC
IEEE Bangalore Humanitarian Technology Conference, B-HTC, is a premier annual cross-disciplinary conference that brings together technologists, engineers, scientists, and investors, as well as representatives from NGOs, government, academia, and the industry.
This edition of the conference is dedicated to addressing the pressing issue of “Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities”. By exploring how digital technologies can enable the creation of more innovative, sustainable cities, we aim to provide practical solutions for waste reduction, cost minimization, and ecological impact mitigation. These efforts will lead to more efficient urban operations and processes, ultimately improving the quality of life for all stakeholders.
SDG 11 aims to foster cities that sustain themselves economically, socially, and environmentally while ensuring that all residents enjoy a high quality of life and are well-prepared to face future challenges.
